The Global Organization Design Society is a not-for-profit corporation registered in Ontario, Canada to promote the establishment and operation of a world-wide society of business users, consultants and academics interested in science-based management to improve organizational effectiveness for the purposes of: A. Promoting among existing users increased awareness, understanding and skilled knowledge in applying concepts of Levels of Work Complexity, Levels of Human Capability, Accountability, and other concepts included in Requisite Organization and/or Stratified Systems Theory; B. Promoting among potential users of the methods, appreciation of the variety of uses and benefits of science-based management, and access to resources.

Nancy Lee brought her clients and presented at all GO Society events since the first one in 2005 and helped secure major corporate sponsorship for an international conference. She has participated in all Society projects including writing for Organization Design: Levels of Work Complexity and Human Capability, and published her book, The Practice of Managerial Leadership, through the Society in three languages. Nancy served on the Board where she has championed the Society's professional development program which will soon add eLearning modules based on her work and a distance tutoring program. Nancy frequently shares her consulting materials with others and has mentored several RO practitioners who have become senior consultants in their own right.
