- Accommodation and food from Sunday evening through Thursday noon
- Pre-conference workshop on Monday during the day prior to conference start at 6:00 p.m.
- All conference activities: Monday evening through Thursday lunch ending at 1:30 p.m.

Why register now?
Just as in previous years, we are asking our core sponsoring members to register a year in advance to provide the cash flow required to produce the event. We need your paid registration by July 31st. Hedge against increasing ticket prices - Air Canada for one allows you to purchase your ticket up to 356 days in advance to lock in the price.
Travel documents needed to visit Argentina The USA requires that a passport must be good for 3 months beyond intended stay, Canada requires 6 months. Check your own country's requirements.
- Passport must be valid for six months beyond intended stay
- Tickets and Documents for return or onward travel
- No Visa Required for Stay up to 3 Months
- Extension Possible to Stay an additional 3 Months (max)
- Vaccinations - International Certificate of Vaccination required for Yellow Fever if Arriving from Infected Area within 5 days
About the Venue
Conference venue is central and well appointed. See venue Buenos Aires is a wonderful conference destination. And the October - November period is one of the most pleasant times of the year to visit Many who go there want to spend time in the city, to visit Tango venues, to see Iquazu Falls, and to visit Patagonia, Mendoza, or even Machu Picho.
