The rich print legacy of Global Organization Design and RO-related literature has been traced across the span of many decades of publication.

Sadly, many of the seminal works are no longer in print or difficult to source...and are therefore unavailable to the GO business-leaders, scholars & researchers, and interested community at large.

The mandate of your GO Society is to preserve and share these works, utilizing current technologies that enable accessibility to the concepts and ideas provided by the authors.

Below, you will find a growing digitized collection of books made available to the global community through the generous permissions of the authors, publishers and/or estates.
All books available here are in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat to open.

Additionally, we have designed word & phrase searchability into our archival digitization process. All books available in a searchable PDF format will be so noted.
(Note: Be aware that the file-sizes of searchable books are anywhere from 2 to 4 times larger than those of non-searchable books.)
