Help build our GO library

If you appreciate the work done so far in preserving and presenting the rich legacy of RO and Global Organization Design literature to the global community, then we ask for your support to help further this endeavour.

How you can help:

  • If you hold copyright to previously published materials, be they books, dissertations, theses, chapters, articles or other written or video materials related to the field of organization design and management based on requisite organization concepts, please write the Editors  [email protected] describing the material you wish to submit.

Majorie Brown, Wilfred Brown's widow, and Richard Brown, his son have donated all of Wilfred Brown's books and articles to the GO Society for their not-for-profit distribution.

Jerry Gray, Former Dean of the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba found a 1979 16mm film of Lord Wilfred Brown presenting work that had evolved from the Glacier Project.  Jerry had the university digitize the film and we secured permission from Majorie and Richard Brown to use the materials on the site.

Catie Burke, Professor of Public Administration at University of Southern California, found old betamax video tapes of Elliott Jaques, first working with a USC group in 1981, and another presenting to the SALS group in Santa Barbara around 1988.  She mailed the five days of video to the society and we have converted them to modern digital format.  Elliott had given her verbal permission to use the tapes for educational purposes.
  • If you would like to make a financial contribution to support the GO Library ((to fund the collection, digitization & on-going availability of this legacy), please write the Editors at [email protected] to discuss the matter, or if you wish to proceed, go to "How to Contribute" - "Financial Contributions" to make your donation.

Thank you for your interest and generousity.
