Welcome to the GO Society!
What we are about
We are academics, business practitioners, and consultants dedicated to increasing awareness and skilled application of the integrated management system, Requisite Organization, around the globe.
We believe that its core concepts of levels of work complexity, levels of human capability, and respectful accountability systems can enhance all organizational endeavors contributing to value creation, sustainability, and social well-being.
Contributing your contact information
We ask for your name and email address to order to be able to count the number and spread of interest in these ideas and to notify you of future resources. These questions are marked with an "*" and must be answered before your responses can be submitted and you can download the special materials.
We will not sell or share your lists with others and anticipate that our messages to you will be below one per month. You may opt out at any time.
Contributing additional information about your interest and RO related activities
We hope that you will also answer the optional questions about the degree of your interest and your RO-related activities. This will help us to understand something about our growing community of practice to help us plan future activities and services.
Once successfully submitted, you will be taken to a web page where you will be able to further explore both:
The GO Society's book, Organization Design, Levels of Work and Capability: Executive Guide
and
Ken Craddock's compendium, Requisite Organization Annotated Bibliography: 5th Edition
If for some reason you want to come back later to download these resources again, we request that you fill in/update at least the required survey information fields for each download session.
Expect to spend three minutes or less to complete the optional questions.
Please note that a number of fields marked with an asterisk are required to proceed.
Thank you,
