WHITE PAPER DISCUSSIONS

This forum is to provide space for ten senior advisors to the Global Organization Design Society. to share comments on this paper.  I want to vet it and improve our process before sharing the template more broadly.

I am writing a series of white papers on complex societal issues that humans need to resolve over coming decades.  It is unlikely that the heads of global corporations and institutions ofter capable at Stratum VI and VII have the capability to find the path through them to sustainability.  Most of us in the GO Society and using work-levels methods are working within organizations including members capable at Strata I through VIII.  We have little experience or knowledge of individuals who may be capable at VIII or a theoretical Stratum IX.  Yet it makes sense to me that we humans needs individuals at VIII and possibly IX working together to chart a path to sustainability of the species on this Earth.
