Mr. Ballengee is Founder and CEO of Pariveda Solutions.

Mr. Ballengee has over two decades of experience in business operations and technology working with business and IT organizations to be more effective through improvements to their strategies, organizations, people, processes and technology.  His primary area of expertise is operational effectiveness and enterprise architecture for services companies and IT organizations.  He has published and spoken at symposia on a several technical and enterprise architecture subjects, as well as taught courses in enterprise architecture and project risk management.

He has extensive experience in the telecommunications, energy and software industries, along with high-tech manufacturing and financial services.  Mr. Ballengee has served in leadership capacities at Booz Allen Hamilton, Andersen Consulting, Sprint, and Hitachi Consulting.  He founded Dolphin International in 1995 and merged with Tactica in 1998 where he lead Denver and Dallas consulting operations. At Hitachi Consulting, Mr. Ballengee served in various executive roles, including head of all consulting operations and Chief Financial Officer.  He founded Pariveda Solutions in 2003 and continues as its President and CEO.

Mr. Ballengee serves on various boards, including Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business Advisory Board, sp3 nanotech, Pariveda Solutions and chairing Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center’s Stewardship Board.  He is an active member of the Baylor Angel Network, North Texas Master Naturalists and Native Plant Society of Texas - Dallas.

He received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics Baylor University in 1979. He received an M.B.A. with a specialization in Finance from the University of Chicago in 1981.
