As President and C.E.O. of the Graham Group, Tom is responsible for the activities of all member companies of the Group operating throughout Canada and the United States. Under Tom's leadership, company volumes exceeded $700 M in 2005.

Tom joined Graham as an Engineer and his progression through the levels of operation of the company has given him invaluable experience in all aspects of the construction business. Currently, he oversees and provides guidance to Graham's commercial, industrial, masonry and US operating divisions. This extensive record includes power generating facilities, major municipal projects, civil projects, resource industry projects, oil and gas, institutional, and commercial construction. Tom's astute business acumen and engineering ingenuity have contributed greatly to the current stature and success of the Graham Group.

Tom is instrumental developing strategic direction for Graham and for building the management team necessary to implement Graham's diverse initiatives. Tom develops and maintains an effective organizational structure that reflects operational needs and implements policies and programs aligned with overall business goals. Tom provides strong leadership to the company, capitalizing on the full potential of all company resources.

Additionally, Tom oversees and provides guidance and direction to the corporate departments: Information Services, Accounting, Human Resources, Equipment, Safety, Engineering and Business Development. Tom's vision for the direction of the company has grown each of these departments into a major support for the operating divisions, providing them with integrated information and support services, allowing projects to be delivered on-time and on-budget.
